Help! My order is not shipped/dispatched yet! Why so long?
We can definitely check it up for you! Our Magic Pens are always on popular demand meaning we're always out of stock! For now please wait patiently as we try pack & ship your order as it's peak holiday season, we are doing our best to get items out as soon as we can. Please contact us if you would like a follow up for your order and we'll be more than happy to help!

We're a small business and this is our first holiday season and we did not expect such high demand for our Magic Pens! We appreciate the patience & understanding with your order! Please contact us for a follow up along with your order number <3

We should be having our stock filled consistently now as we have just finished our new packaging design for all new orders to come with! Here's a sneak peak! 
Why is my order not delivered yet? 
Deliveries from the date of delivery may take 14-16 days (including weekends) - Which is around 7-14 business days (Monday-Friday) which is our average delivery speed from our production to your door delivered.

Due to stock issues, we ask for your patience as we roll over new stock every few days and we appreciate all your patience as we are a small business and we're doing everything we can to get your orders delivered.

Help, I think my order is lost/has not been delivered yet?

Think your order might be lost in transit? Or delayed? Although we are quoted 7-14 business days for delivery from our couriers, sometimes life happens and they aren’t able to deliver within this timeframe due to logistical matters.


If your item still hasn’t been delivered within 17 business days (Mon-Fri) , please contact us and we can launch an investigation.


*Please note: Once we pass your order to our courier, your package is with a different provider.  We completely understand delays are frustrating, however once your order is with the courier, any issues need to be investigated by our courier. We are able to contact them on your behalf to resolve any issues. Please be assured, we will always do our best to get the issue sorted as quickly as possible for you.

What kind of papers (for temp. tattoos) do I need for my Magic Painting  Pens?
