MommysMagic Cancellation Policy

We offer free cancellation on your order as long as your item is not shipped internally by our logistics team at MommysMagicCo. Please reach out to us at of your cancellation of the order along with the reason so we can improve on the reasons stated.

Please ensure to do the following for cancellation of your order:
1. Add your order number to the email you're sending
2. Add this line to the subject line: "URGENT CANCEL" so we are able to quickly do this procedure for you :)

    Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns/refunds on sale items or gift cards.

    Separating Packages Policy & Notice:

    Too easy & awesome! We understand that packages need to be separated for gift purposes! **We can only do the process below as long as your order is unshipped.

    If you wish to pack your order separately, please note that we will require to invoice you a
    6GBP packing fee to separate the packages as we have to pay another weight/package to separate a package for you. 

    But wait! You won't need to pay additional packing fees if we do the methods below: ❤️

    In order to NOT pay additional packing fees, we are more than happy to issue you FREE packagings/all card inserts so you can pack the packages once delivery is reached to your shipping address. This way you are able to save on additional fees and we are happy to issue the free assets so you can pack yourself (personalized) as a gift to your loved ones.

    Return & Refund Policy

    If you need assistance with your order after delivery, please reach out to us at and we'll give you options to replace or refund your order within 7 day period of the delivery date stated on the tracking number. If approved, your refund will be reimbursed back to your original payment method which takes 2-3 business days to be reimbursed. 

    **Wrongful Usage Of Magic Pens / Policy**

    We understand that sometimes users of our Magic Painting Pens are used in a wrong way, such as (but not limited to) - Drawing on wet spoons, accidentally dipping the pens in water, no lids on the caps, or failure to use the markers in a proper way. We are unable to provide replacements / refunds on items in which are not used properly by the reasons above. Please do send us a video so we can help you out and provide neccessary solutions for your concerns if you face any faults in your pens. 


    • If your items are defective and stop working before the 7 days refund period, in order for us to issue you a 100% refund AND a prepaid shipping label, you must send us a photo/video of the defect. If you refuse to send us the photo/video of the defect, we will not issue you a return label & be able to process your refund.

    The fastest way to ensure you get what you want is to return the item you have, and once the return is accepted, make a separate purchase for the new item.

    Warranty does not cover:

    • Damage to a product resulting from negligence
    • Pens drying due to misusage/watered from drawing/left to dry out
    • No clear evidence of the reason for warranty claim
    • Damage to a product resulting from unauthorized modification of the product
    • Damage caused by natural disaster
    • Theft or loss of the product

    Ineligible Address / Error / Wrong Address

    Addresses which are not delivered due to an error / or mistake in an address are not qualified for a refund as we have spent resources on the product & shipping, we are more than happy to issue a re-delivery with a new address. Once a re-delivery fails another time, we are unable to offer refunds of your purchase in accordance with this refund policy due to the freight prices we covered for the attempts in deliveries.
